West O Beer is currently looking to add to our Taproom staff ahead of the summer season! This position is responsible fore ensuring that patrons have a positive and memorable experience at West O’s Taproom, all as part of the Lakes Area. Job duties and expectations to include, but not limited to:

• Serving beer, gaining a knowledge of and passion for our beers, and guiding customers to West O products they enjoy
• Knowledge of our kitchen menu, guiding customers through food orders
• Greeting customers promptly and courteously
• Cleaning, set up, and closing procedures as needed / scheduled
• Stocking merch and To Go beer areas
• Changing kegs, some heavy lifting
• Cash / money handling
• Answer visitor questions and provide general tourist information
• Nights & weekend availability
