General Job Summary:

This is a part-time position (27.5 hours per week) located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities include test proctoring for credit and non-credit students, monitoring and assisting students while studying, and assisting students enrolled in developmental and college-level courses with peer tutoring or other academic resources. Organizational skills, computer skills, multi-tasking, and an unwavering commitment to student and customer service are critical in this position. Evening hours required. Travel within the college’s service area may be required. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and provide proof of insurance.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred fields include education, English, or mathematics. Master’s Degree preferred.

Salary:    $23.20 per hour
