
Printing Services and Marketing Assistant
General Job Summary:
This is a part-time position (27.5 hours/week) located on the Emmetsburg Campus. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong ability to work independently and collaboratively. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for processing and fulfilling print service requests submitted through the College’s project management system, producing high-quality printed and finished materials using a variety of equipment, and ensuring timely delivery. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. This role also supports marketing efforts by assisting with press release development and media contact coordination. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or associate degree in related area and three years’ experience preferred. Experience in desktop publishing and Adobe Creative Suite beneficial; In Design, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher helpful. National Career Readiness Certificate preferred.
Salary: $17.28 per hour
