Customer Service Representatives

Premier Communications is seeking applicants for two full-time Customer Service Representatives in our new Okoboji location!

This position serves as the primary point of contact for all customers, either in person or by telephone.  Job duties include assisting customers with billing & service inquiries, scheduling customer appointments, and processing payments.  Excellent communication skills required.  Computer skills preferred and bi-lingual desired but not required.
