General Job Summary:

This is a full-time position location on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibility is to provide college preparation counseling and information about Iowa Lakes Community College to prospective students and for recruitment purposes with emphasis in the international student community. Travel and represent Iowa Lakes Community College across the state of Iowa and surrounding states. Required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree desired. Must possess excellent people and sales skills and have a thorough understanding of Community Colleges and the role they play in the state educational system. Adequate Smartphone, mobile apps, and computer skills and a willingness to travel extensively are essential. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred. Admissions and/or international student experience desired.

Salary:  $46,000 for a 260-day contract
