Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities
The Pub Manager assumes responsibility for daily operations of food, beverage & snack service in the clubhouse and on course drink carts including:
Human resource management (hiring, training, discipline)
Networking and creating positive relationships with golfers, guests, employees and community
Purchasing/Receiving food/beverage items
Develop menu, food and drink specials and manage point of sale system (POS)
Assign food/beverage costs, markups and pricing structure
Detailed scheduling (parties, outings, leagues)
Inventory management
Monitoring the quality of the golf facility’s products and services to ensure maximum value
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Employment Standards
Previous bar or restaurant management experience required
Ability to hire and train a professional team in a relaxed setting
Strength in understanding food costs and restaurant margins
Team player with a desire to create a “FUN” experience for our Pub guests and Brooks staff
Reporting
The Pub Manager reports to the General Manager and communicates with other departments to ensure operational objectives are being met
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $4,000/month
Bonus Pub Profit Incentive up to $5,000 annually
