The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in driving client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. This role partners closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, re-engage inactive accounts, and reinforce the value of GrapeTree’s workforce solutions. Through strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and active listening, the Client Success Manager identifies drivers of client disengagement and turns those insights into actionable strategies that support retention and revenue growth.
- Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location. Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office. Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters. Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
- Schedule: As a Staffing Client Success Manager, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
- Wage: This is an hourly position that pays at $19.00/hour+ bonus opportunity. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
- Total compensation view: Medical insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.
A day in the life of a Client Success Manager:
- Own client disengagement intelligence by identifying, documenting, and categorizing root causes of reduced or lost utilization, and turning those insights into clear, actionable direction for the business
- Identify, track, and report key retention drivers, risks, and utilization trends, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into what is driving client growth, stagnation, or loss
- Lead proactive re-engagement efforts with inactive or at-risk clients, clearly diagnosing and documenting drivers of disengagement, and translating findings into targeted recovery strategies and internal action plans
- Establish a consistent feedback loop with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to translate client-level insights into pricing strategy, service improvements, and demand generation initiatives
- Drive revenue growth by applying effective consultative sales techniques and strategic account management practices
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsive communication, proactive outreach, and trusted partnership
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns with urgency and solution-oriented thinking
- Research, develop, and implement retention and recruitment strategies that support business objectives
Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:
- Strong sales or account management skillset, with a proven ability to re-engage inactive clients and uncover root causes of disengagement
- Tenacious, resilient, and curious worker who thrives in situations requiring problem-solving, ownership, and targeted outcomes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of customer service skills, including customer support and issue resolution experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software tools
- Familiarity with internet-based tools and systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
