General Job Summary:

This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, position located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities are to schedule Aircraft and Instructors for flights and ground training using online scheduling software, answering the office phone, provide tours to prospective students, and intake of new student information as well as general office management. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

An Associate Degree preferred. Community college experience and/or degree and one to two years of related experience preferred. A working knowledge of computer systems and the ability to quickly learn about programs and processes is required.

Salary:  $15.00 per hour
