General Job Summary:

This is a full-time position located primarily on the Estherville Campus. The Academic Success Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and leading services offered in the Success Centers and campus libraries at Iowa Lakes Community College. Duties also include coordinating resources and collaborating with other divisions and departments to provide synchronized and quality services to all students. May include Instructional Assistant duties for student development courses. Travel between campuses will be required. Will be required to travel within community college service area utilizing personal vehicle. Some statewide or regional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and provide proof of insurance.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in related area preferred.

Salary:  $22.61 per hour
