Summer of the Little Sioux: Following the Inkpaduta Canoe Trail- Macroinvertebrates of the Little Sioux Who: All ages When: July 22nd, 9:00-10:00 AM Where: Horseshoe Bend, South Side Cost: Free What to expect: This unique partnership between DCCB and the Iowa DNR is set to showcase the beautiful features that can be found along the Little Sioux River in Dickinson County. This program is part of a larger series to kickoff the inaugural summer of the Inkpaduta Canoe Water Trail in an effort to gain public engagement and provide educational opportunities about historic sites, ecology, geology, and so much more! Join us at Horseshoe Bend for a hike in the park and a hands-on look at macroinvertebrates. Dress to get wet/dirty! Pre-registration is required to attend. Register at inkpadutacanoetrail.org
