Gathering Lakes Area and state-wide water quality experts, soil and land conservationists, farmers and brewers, “From Grain to Glass” features discussions and short presentations by those caretaking our land and waters – and making the beer West O brews possible. List of guest experts and presenters include representatives from the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Iowa Environmental Council, Dickinson County Conservation Board, Lakeside Lab, the Iowa Soybean Association, Cooperative Farmers Elevator, Garms Farms, Keep Okoboji Blue, and more. 5pm welcome, 6-8pm event, free and open to the public.
