Spencer, get ready… 🐂 Rodeo. 🏁 Racing. It’s all coming together for the FIRST EVER Flagfest: Spurs & Speed Weekend — June 12 & 13 at the Clay County Fairgrounds, in conjunction with Spencer Flagfest.
