Please join us, the cities of Arnolds Park and Okoboji, and the Iowa DOT for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Iowa DOT Highway 71 Project on Friday, November 1st at 2pm. The program will take place in the Okoboji Store parking lot next to the highway with the ribbon cutting happening on the highway between Okoboji and Arnolds Park. See you there!
