The F & I Manager’s duties include accurate documentation of major unit purchasing transactions, assisting customers with purchasing options such as financing and after-care products, and facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure successful delivery of products. The F & I Manager must work to secure quality options for customers by creating and maintaining relationships with lenders and vendors.

Drivers (yard staff) are responsible for moving boats on trailers over land and on water. Drivers load boats on and off blocks using hydraulic trailers, unload and load boats from semi-trailer transports, and use forklifts to move boats. The majority of boat moving takes place in and around the yard and storage facilities all within a 10 mile radius of the main marina.
