Overview

• The GMS Client Account Manager acts as the liaison between healthcare professionals, suppliers and the facilities they serve, to ensure patient care levels are met.

Job Location

• Our corporate office in Milford, Iowa - just miles away from beautiful Lake Okoboji!

Wage

• $19.50/hour + competitive benefits & opportunity to earn company incentives

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• This position is full-time, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with existing corporate clients
• Communicates client needs to corresponding departments to ensure timely response
• Facilitate monthly business reviews with corporate clients
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Resolve escalated client complaints and conflicts in a professional manner

Requirements

• Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows
• Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the three week new hire orientation and training.
